Hemel Warriors ABC may take photographs and videos during training, competitions, events and other Club activities.
We only take and use photographs or videos of members for promotional or social-media purposes where the appropriate consent has been provided.
Photographs and videos may be used on:

Members, or parents/guardians where applicable, may withdraw their consent for future use by contacting us at hemelwarriorsabc@gmail.com.
Withdrawal of consent will not necessarily require us to undo uses that were lawful before consent was withdrawn, but we will consider reasonable requests concerning existing material.

Hemel Warriors ABC currently operates accounts on TikTok, Instagram and Facebook.
When you interact with our social media pages, the relevant platform may independently collect and process information about you in accordance with its own privacy policies and account settings.
Hemel Warriors ABC does not control how those platforms independently process personal information.
If you send us a private message or membership enquiry through social media, we may use the information you provide to respond to your enquiry and, if you subsequently join the Club, administer your membership.

We accept membership payments by:

We may retain appropriate records showing that membership fees have been paid for administrative, accounting and legal purposes.
